In accordance with Law No. 249-17 of Stock Market of the Dominican Republic, and Circular No. 02/23, dated January twenty-fifth (25), two thousand twenty-three (2023), the Superintendency of Stock Market warn the public that:

HARVEST TRADING CAP, S.R.L. with the RNC 1-32-11755-7 and their partners the Mr. JAIRO JOEL GONZÁLEZ DURÁN, identity and electoral card No. 229-0018733-1 y KELMIN SANTOS RODRÍGUEZ, identity and electoral card No. 229-0001528-4, THEY ARE NOT REGISTERED IN THE REGISTRY OF STOCK MARKET, therefore, they are not authorized, regulated, or supervised by this regulatory body.

The Superintendency of Stock Market reiterate to the public that the participants of stock market authorized, registered and regulated by this Superintendency, are available in the Registry section of the Stock Market from the website that you can access via the link: https://www.simv.gob.do/registro-del-mercado-de-valores/.
