Consejo del Poder Judicial (CPJ), magistrado Henry Molina recibi\u00f3 la visita de expertos espa\u00f1oles en materia penal, quienes compartieron sus experiencias y conocimientos sobre como optimizar el proceso penal y mejorar la interoperabilidad entre sus actores, encuentro se realiz\u00f3 en el marco del proyecto de Hermanamiento (<em>Twinning) <\/em>ejecutado con el financiamiento de la Uni\u00f3n Europea.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La misi\u00f3n, conformada por el juez de la Sala Penal del Tribunal Supremo de Espa\u00f1a, Javier Hern\u00e1ndez Garc\u00eda y la jefa de la Fiscal\u00eda Provincial de Tarragona, Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 Osuna Cerezo, durante el encuentro con el magistrado Henry Molina, expresaron su agradecimiento por el recibimiento, al tiempo que comentaron la importancia sobre la necesidad de acelerar los procesos penales. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El magistrado Molina agradeci\u00f3 el apoyo que ofrecen al pa\u00eds, al tiempo que les coment\u00f3 sobre el Programa de Optimizaci\u00f3n del Proceso Penal que implementa el Poder Judicial dominicano, cuyo objetivo principal es mejorar el servicio de justicia y adoptar medidas que aporten a la eficiencia, la independencia funcional y al Estado de Derecho.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Como parte de su agenda, los expertos espa\u00f1oles visitaron la Escuela Nacional de la Judicatura (ENJ) donde impartieron talleres para la construcci\u00f3n de buenas pr\u00e1cticas enfocadas en el uso de \u201cMedidas alternativas al conflicto penal\u201d y \u201cMedidas de coerci\u00f3n, dirigidos a jueces, juezas de distintas jurisdicciones, miembros (as) del Ministerio P\u00fablico y defensores (as) p\u00fablicos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s del taller se intercambiaron conocimientos de la experiencia espa\u00f1ola en la implementaci\u00f3n de mecanismos de aceleraci\u00f3n para el uso de las salidas alternativas en materia penal, con miras a lograr el descongestionamiento de los tribunales y alcanzar la optimizaci\u00f3n de los procesos penales.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>De igual modo expresaron que si bien la normativa procesal dominicana tiene oportunidades de mejora, ofrece numerosas herramientas legales que facilitan la resoluci\u00f3n de casos sin necesidad de llegar a la etapa de juicio.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto de Hermanamiento (Twinning) tiene como objetivo principal compartir experiencias y apoyar iniciativas que promuevan la confianza y la satisfacci\u00f3n ciudadana en los servicios que ofrece el Poder Judicial.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto se enfoca en tres componentes: el establecimiento de un modelo de gesti\u00f3n integral basado en la calidad, la mejora de la calidad y satisfacci\u00f3n en la atenci\u00f3n de los usuarios y usuarias,\u202fy el reforzamiento de la integridad judicial.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Visita PGR y Defensa P\u00fablica<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La delegaci\u00f3n espa\u00f1ola se reuni\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n con la Directora General de Persecuci\u00f3n, Yeni Berenice Reynoso y con el director de la Oficina Nacional de la Defensa P\u00fablica, Rodolfo Valent\u00edn, en encuentros donde trataron diferentes t\u00f3picos de inter\u00e9s respecto al Programa de Optimizaci\u00f3n del Proceso Penal.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En la reuni\u00f3n con Reynoso participaron adem\u00e1s los embajadores(as) en la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana de la Uni\u00f3n Europea Katja Afheldt; de Espa\u00f1a, Antonio P\u00e9rez-Hern\u00e1ndez y Torra; de Alemania Maike Friedrichsen; as\u00ed como el Coordinador General en la Agencia Espa\u00f1ola de Cooperaci\u00f3n Internacional para el Desarrollo (AECID), Manuel Alba Cano.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p> <a
