Con esto se reducen los tiempos, impidiendo que la incertidumbre convierta el proceso en justicia denegada\u201d, manifest\u00f3.<\/span><span en reclusi\u00f3n, sea por haber cumplido su condena o por haber vencido el plazo de la prisi\u00f3n preventiva.<\/span><span garant\u00eda econ\u00f3mica y en casos en que la prisi\u00f3n preventiva se imponga de manera desproporcionada con relaci\u00f3n a la pena.<\/span><span
