{"id":2606,"date":"2025-06-12T20:34:05","date_gmt":"2025-06-12T20:34:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/poderjudicial.gob.do\/?p=44942"},"modified":"2025-06-12T20:34:05","modified_gmt":"2025-06-12T20:34:05","slug":"poder-judicial-dominicano-reafirma-su-compromiso-con-la-ninez-en-el-v-congreso-mundial-sobre-justicia-con-la-infancia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jnlopez.com\/pt\/2025\/06\/12\/poder-judicial-dominicano-reafirma-su-compromiso-con-la-ninez-en-el-v-congreso-mundial-sobre-justicia-con-la-infancia\/","title":{"rendered":"Poder Judicial dominicano reafirma su compromiso con la ni\u00f1ez en el V Congreso Mundial sobre Justicia con la Infancia\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<div><img decoding=\"async\" data-src=\"https:\/\/poderjudicial.gob.do\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/IMG-20250610-WA0003.jpg\" class=\"ff-og-image-inserted lazyload\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\"><\/div>\n<p><strong><em>Madrid, Espa\u00f1a. \u2014<\/em><\/strong><strong> <\/strong>Con el firme objetivo de fortalecer la protecci\u00f3n de los derechos de la ni\u00f1ez en los sistemas judiciales, el Poder Judicial de la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana particip\u00f3 en la quinta edici\u00f3n del Congreso Mundial sobre Justicia con la Infancia, celebrado del 2 al 4 de junio, en la Universidad Pontificia Comillas de Madrid.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Este importante evento internacional reuni\u00f3 a m\u00e1s de 4,000 personas, entre ellas expertos judiciales, acad\u00e9micos, representantes de organismos internacionales y j\u00f3venes l\u00edderes de diversas partes del mundo, bajo el mismo inter\u00e9s de aportar a la protecci\u00f3n de los derechos fundamentales de la ni\u00f1ez.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La delegaci\u00f3n dominicana estuvo encabezada por la magistrada Vanessa Acosta, jueza de la Primera Sala de la Suprema Corte de Justicia; acompa\u00f1ada de los magistrados Olga Mar\u00eda Guzm\u00e1n, jueza de la Corte de Apelaci\u00f3n de Ni\u00f1os, Ni\u00f1as y Adolescentes de San Crist\u00f3bal; y Juan Sabino, juez presidente de la Corte de Apelaci\u00f3n de Ni\u00f1os, Ni\u00f1as y Adolescentes de San Pedro de Macor\u00eds.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Bajo el lema \u201cAvanzando hacia una Justicia centrada en la Infancia: Prevenci\u00f3n y respuesta ante la violencia que afecta a los ni\u00f1os en los sistemas de justicia\u201d, el congreso sirvi\u00f3 de plataforma para debatir los desaf\u00edos y estrategias urgentes orientadas a construir sistemas judiciales m\u00e1s inclusivos, accesibles y sensibles a las necesidades de la infancia y adolescencia.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Durante el encuentro, se promovieron enfoques centrados en el inter\u00e9s superior del ni\u00f1o, destacando la necesidad de respuestas judiciales eficaces ante situaciones de violencia, discriminaci\u00f3n o exclusi\u00f3n que enfrentan los menores en distintos contextos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La participaci\u00f3n del Poder Judicial dominicano en este foro global se alinea con sus ejes estrat\u00e9gicos institucionales, que promueven una justicia centrada en las personas, 100% acceso a la justicia y el fortalecimiento institucional. Asimismo, reafirma el compromiso del pa\u00eds con una justicia sensible, protectora, adaptada a las necesidades de los m\u00e1s vulnerables, respetuosa de los derechos de la ni\u00f1ez y adolescencia.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El Congreso fue organizado por <em>Terre des <\/em><em>hommes<\/em><em> <\/em><em>Foundation<\/em>, <em>Penal <\/em><em>Reform<\/em><em> International (PRI<\/em>), la Asociaci\u00f3n Internacional de Magistrados de Juventud y Familia (AIMJF), el <em>Global Campus <\/em><em>of<\/em><em> Human <\/em><em>Rights<\/em> y la Universidad Pontificia Comillas. A nivel nacional, el evento cont\u00f3 con el respaldo del Ministerio de Juventud e Infancia del Gobierno de Espa\u00f1a y de la Fundaci\u00f3n Tierra de hombres Espa\u00f1a, esta \u00faltima responsable de coordinar redes institucionales y actores iberoamericanos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Como cierre, el congreso present\u00f3 la Declaraci\u00f3n Global de Madrid, un documento que recoge las prioridades y compromisos de los participantes para seguir promoviendo una justicia transformadora que sit\u00fae a los Ni\u00f1os, Ni\u00f1as y Adolescentes como sujetos plenos de derechos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Con su presencia y participaci\u00f3n activa, el Poder Judicial dominicano fortalece su posicionamiento en la agenda global de justicia juvenil, apostando por sistemas que garanticen entornos seguros y equitativos para la infancia, tanto en el pa\u00eds como en la regi\u00f3n iberoamericana.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p> <a
