Esta lei marca um marco na hist\u00f3ria judicial da Rep\u00fablica Dominicana por ser a primeira vez que a Suprema Corte de Justi\u00e7a faz uso de sua iniciativa legislativa prevista na Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o da Rep\u00fablica.&nbsp;<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">L\u00e1 <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">lei estabelece os princ\u00edpios e diretrizes que permitem o uso dos meios digitais no Poder Judici\u00e1rio,<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> sem afetar as normas processuais vigentes. \u00c9 um <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">avan\u00e7o significativo para o pa\u00eds e para a comunidade jur\u00eddica, pois aumentar\u00e1 o acesso, a transpar\u00eancia, principal pilar de uma justi\u00e7a confi\u00e1vel<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">.&nbsp;<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Com a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o, os usu\u00e1rios do servi\u00e7o de justi\u00e7a poder\u00e3o visualizar e acompanhar seus processos e<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"> se <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">facilitar\u00e1 o acesso \u00e0 justi\u00e7a ao permitir realizar solicita\u00e7\u00f5es, dep\u00f3sitos, consultas <\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">pela internet, de qualquer lugar do pa\u00eds. Agora os&nbsp;<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"> advogados e cidad\u00e3os ter\u00e3o a op\u00e7\u00e3o de comparecer \u00e0s suas <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">audi\u00eancias de maneira virtual<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">, em todas as mat\u00e9rias exceto a penal. Al\u00e9m disso, habilita o uso da <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">assinatura digital para ju\u00edzes, ju\u00edzas e servidores judiciais<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">, a cria\u00e7\u00e3o e o acesso das partes aos autos do processo judicial eletr\u00f4nico e outras facilidades e vantagens que a transforma\u00e7\u00e3o judicial torna poss\u00edveis.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">A Lei de Uso de Meios Digitais no Poder Judici\u00e1rio <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">foi elaborada pela Comiss\u00e3o de Agenda Legislativa do Plen\u00e1rio da Suprema Corte de Justi\u00e7a<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">, a qual foi integrada pelos magistrados Justiniano Montero, Francisco Antonio Jerez, Manuel Alexis Read, Rafael V\u00e1squez Goico, Napole\u00f3n Est\u00e9vez Lavandier, Nancy Idelsa Salcedo Fern\u00e1ndez, Vanessa Acosta Peralta e seu presidente, Luis Henry Molina Pe\u00f1a.
