{"id":2554,"date":"2025-03-14T15:32:40","date_gmt":"2025-03-14T15:32:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/poderjudicial.gob.do\/?p=43385"},"modified":"2025-03-14T15:32:40","modified_gmt":"2025-03-14T15:32:40","slug":"jueza-nancy-salcedo-destaca-iniciativas-del-poder-judicial-en-materia-de-genero","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jnlopez.com\/pl\/2025\/03\/14\/jueza-nancy-salcedo-destaca-iniciativas-del-poder-judicial-en-materia-de-genero\/","title":{"rendered":"S\u0119dzia Nancy Salcedo podkre\u015bla inicjatywy s\u0105downictwa w zakresie r\u00f3wno\u015bci p\u0142ci\u00a0\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<div><img decoding=\"async\" data-src=\"https:\/\/poderjudicial.gob.do\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Nancy-Salcedo.jpeg\" class=\"ff-og-image-inserted lazyload\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\"><\/div>\n<p>La magistrada Nancy Salcedo Fern\u00e1ndez, jueza de la Segunda Sala de la Suprema Corte de Justicia (SCJ), present\u00f3 los avances alcanzados en el marco de la \u00abIgualdad y Reglamentaciones Vigentes en el Poder Judicial\u00bb, y subray\u00f3 el arduo trabajo que ha venido realizando el sistema judicial para garantizar la igualdad de oportunidades entre mujeres y hombres.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Salcedo record\u00f3 que el 2023 fue un a\u00f1o de logros notables para el Poder Judicial, con la obtenci\u00f3n del Sello Oro <em>Igualando RD<\/em>, una iniciativa implementada por el Ministerio de la Mujer, con el apoyo del Programa de las Naciones Unidas para el Desarrollo (PNUD), otorgado al sector p\u00fablico por sus esfuerzos en promover la igualdad de g\u00e9nero.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n la coordinadora de la Comisi\u00f3n para la Igualdad de G\u00e9nero del Poder Judicial&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el sello posicion\u00f3 al Poder Judicial dominicano como la primera instituci\u00f3n de justicia en obtener la distinci\u00f3n, reflejando un esfuerzo constante por incorporar la perspectiva de g\u00e9nero en su funcionamiento y decisiones.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La jueza resalt\u00f3 que uno de los mayores desaf\u00edos a\u00fan pendientes es la inclusi\u00f3n de m\u00e1s mujeres en las altas cortes. En ese sentido, mencion\u00f3 que, de 17 integrantes de la Suprema Corte de Justicia, solo cuatro son mujeres, y de 13 en el Tribunal Constitucional, solo cinco.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Al conmemorarse el D\u00eda Internacional de la Mujer, los esfuerzos del Poder Judicial, resaltados por la magistrada Salcedo, destacan su compromiso con la equidad de g\u00e9nero, promoviendo la participaci\u00f3n femenina en los niveles m\u00e1s altos de toma de decisiones judiciales.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, Salcedo subray\u00f3 el papel fundamental de la Comisi\u00f3n para la Igualdad de G\u00e9nero de ese pode del Estado, creada para garantizar la implementaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas que eliminen la discriminaci\u00f3n de g\u00e9nero en el Poder Judicial y promuevan un entorno laboral inclusivo y equitativo.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Explic\u00f3 que la comisi\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n tiene como misi\u00f3n asegurar el cumplimiento de las directrices estipuladas en la Resoluci\u00f3n 2751-2010, que establece la igualdad de oportunidades entre hombres y mujeres en todos los \u00e1mbitos del sistema judicial.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conciliaci\u00f3n entre familia y trabajo<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En el mismo evento, la magistrada Jenny Rodr\u00edguez, jueza de la Segunda Sala de la Corte de Trabajo del Distrito Nacional, ofreci\u00f3 su perspectiva sobre c\u00f3mo equilibrar las responsabilidades laborales y familiares desde un enfoque constitucional y laboral.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Bajo el t\u00edtulo \u00abConciliaci\u00f3n Familiar y Trabajo\u00bb, Rodr\u00edguez destac\u00f3 la importancia de reconocer la familia como un derecho fundamental, tal como lo establece la Constituci\u00f3n Dominicana, que define a la familia como la base de la sociedad, asegurando que tanto hombres como mujeres gocen de los mismos derechos y deberes en su \u00e1mbito familiar.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Rodr\u00edguez explic\u00f3 que el avance hacia una mayor igualdad de g\u00e9nero tambi\u00e9n implica una revisi\u00f3n de los paradigmas tradicionales sobre el trabajo subordinado y el rol de la mujer en el hogar, as\u00ed como la necesidad de adaptar las normativas nacionales e internacionales para apoyar los derechos laborales de las mujeres y su acceso a un empleo digno y equilibrado.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Las juezas se expresaron as\u00ed en el acto de lanzamiento de la Primera Sociedad Dominicana de Abogadas Laboralistas (SODOAL).&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p> <a
