Cada tribunal del Poder Judicial, con su funci\u00f3n, asegura la noci\u00f3n de Constituci\u00f3n viviente, la de la cotidianidad en la aplicaci\u00f3n judicial para hacer posible que el Derecho se mueva y logre impactar efectivamente en la sociedad\u201d, manifest\u00f3 Molina Pe\u00f1a.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:257}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">El presidente de la SCJ se expres\u00f3 as\u00ed durante <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">la celebraci\u00f3n de la XXVIII audiencia de juramentaci\u00f3n de 276 nuevos abogados y abogadas, d<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">edicada a quienes dieron y dan vida a la constitucionalizaci\u00f3n del Derecho y la Justicia.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:257}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Exhort\u00f3 a los juramentados a concebir el Derecho como una tarea inacabada, y a ver su propio camino como una aportaci\u00f3n que debe ser justa y \u00fatil, en virtud de la pasi\u00f3n por la interpretaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica en el apego a la Constituci\u00f3n, a las reglas y procedimientos, en la m\u00edstica por el servicio para dirimir los conflictos sociales.&nbsp;<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:257}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">&nbsp;\u201cTodas y todos, dominicanas y dominicanos, tenemos el deber de honrar la Constituci\u00f3n.
