A diciembre&nbsp;de 2024 el 72 % de sus salas se encontraban al d\u00eda.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El magistrado Mariot afirm\u00f3 que el lograr esas estad\u00edsticas es un hito en la administraci\u00f3n de justicia que constituye un orgullo para \u201ctodos los que estamos involucrados en este afanoso quehacer\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Destac\u00f3 la transformaci\u00f3n digital que impulsa el Poder Judicial, que ha permitido que jueces (zas) y usuarios (as) gestionen casos de forma \u00e1gil y segura.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa digitalizaci\u00f3n de expedientes y la expansi\u00f3n del Portal de Acceso Digital han mejorado la transparencia y el acceso a la justicia, fortaleciendo la conexi\u00f3n con las personas y la eficiencia de los procesos. Este portal permite a las personas gestionar sus casos y acceder a sus expedientes desde cualquier lugar, facilitando su interacci\u00f3n con el sistema judicial\u201d, indic\u00f3.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, destac\u00f3 que en este Departamento Judicial funciona de manera ejemplar la Mesa de Coordinaci\u00f3n Interinstitucional, espacio de di\u00e1logo, discusi\u00f3n y planificaci\u00f3n de estrategias integradas por los m\u00e1ximos representantes del Poder Judicial y otros actores del sistema de justicia penal, como el Ministerio P\u00fablico y la Defensa P\u00fablica.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Indic\u00f3 que esa mesa constituye modelo a imitar por otros departamentos y ha producido soluciones que permiten una justicia m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida, oportuna, eficaz, m\u00e1s justa y que ha impactado la ciudadan\u00eda en general, proveyendo valiosa formaci\u00f3n que se traduce en prevenci\u00f3n del crimen y el delito.\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Otros de los puntos destacados por el magistrado es la consolidaci\u00f3n de Rep\u00fablica Dominicana a trav\u00e9s de su conexi\u00f3n global al participar en iniciativas internacionales que fortalecen las capacidades del sistema judicial; puso como ejemplo la XXII Cumbre Judicial Iberoamericana a celebrase en mayo de este a\u00f1o,&nbsp; un espacio clave para proyectar los avances alcanzados y consolidar un modelo de justicia que responda a los desaf\u00edos del futuro, al criterio de justicia global con visi\u00f3n a largo plazo.\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Se recuerda que la XXII Cumbre Judicial Iberoamericana (CJI) 2023-2025 tendr\u00e1 como sede al Poder Judicial de Rep\u00fablica Dominicana.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p> <a href=\"https:\/\/poderjudicial.gob.do\/juez-asegura-departamento-judicial-la-vega-enfrenta-la-mora-judicial-con-ahinco\/\">Fonte<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p> El primer juez sustituto de la C\u00e1mara Penal de la Corte de Apelaci\u00f3n de La Vega, magistrado Mario Mariot, asegur\u00f3 que en ese departamento Judicial \u201cest\u00e1n enfrentando con ah\u00ednco\u201d el tema de la mora judicial.
