Judicial de Santiago&nbsp;avanz\u00f3&nbsp;a un 84&nbsp;%&nbsp;de salas sin retardo&nbsp;en&nbsp;el contexto del&nbsp;inicio del Plan Justicia del Futuro 2034, inform\u00f3 el&nbsp;magistrado Wilson Francisco Moreta&nbsp;Tremols, juez&nbsp;segundo sustituto y presidente&nbsp;de la Primera Sala de la C\u00e1mara Penal de la Corte de Apelaci\u00f3n de esa jurisdicci\u00f3n.<em>&nbsp;<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Se recuerda que, para el&nbsp;inicio del&nbsp;a\u00f1o 2024&nbsp;solo el 26 % de los tribunales de esta demarcaci\u00f3n judicial se encontraban al d\u00eda&nbsp;y&nbsp;al finalizar ese&nbsp;a\u00f1o&nbsp;avanzaron a un 61 % de salas sin&nbsp;retardo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Explic\u00f3 que ese departamento judicial recibi\u00f3 en el a\u00f1o 2025&nbsp;un total de&nbsp;77,592&nbsp;procesos contenciosos, de los cuales fueron resueltos&nbsp;71,378.&nbsp;&nbsp;<em>&nbsp;<\/em><em>&nbsp;<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, sostuvo que, en lo referente a asuntos administrativos, ingresaron&nbsp;67,378, resolvieron&nbsp;67,675&nbsp;y quedaron en proceso&nbsp;927.&nbsp;<em>&nbsp;<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El informe de rendici\u00f3n de cuentas de los trabajos realizados en Santiago indica que al Centro de Servicio Presencial comparecieron&nbsp;78,403&nbsp;usuarios(as), fueron depositados&nbsp;81,249&nbsp;documentos y fueron digitalizados un total de&nbsp;687&nbsp;expedientes.&nbsp;<em>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El magistrado Moreta&nbsp;Tremols&nbsp;explic\u00f3 que el Plan Justicia del Futuro 2034 surge del consenso de los distintos sectores de la vida nacional y est\u00e1 concebido como una hoja de ruta a diez a\u00f1os.&nbsp;En ese sentido,&nbsp;detall\u00f3 que la iniciativa se sustenta en tres ejes estrat\u00e9gicos fundamentales:&nbsp;una justicia \u00e1gil, orientada a la eliminaci\u00f3n de la mora judicial; una justicia accesible, cercana a la ciudadan\u00eda; y una justicia transparente, que fortalezca la confianza p\u00fablica en el sistema.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cUn pa\u00eds con un poder judicial s\u00f3lido, que cuente con los recursos humanos y econ\u00f3micos necesarios, que responda a las exigencias de la ciudadan\u00eda, fortalece la democracia y se convierte en el verdadero equilibrio del poder\u201d, indic\u00f3.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>De igual forma, Moreta destac\u00f3 que las mejoras en el Departamento Judicial de Santiago son visibles y perceptibles, especialmente con la climatizaci\u00f3n de las salas de audiencia, la adquisici\u00f3n de nuevos computadores y la instalaci\u00f3n de modernos equipos de sonido, acciones orientadas a fortalecer el ambiente laboral y garantizar condiciones de trabajo dignas y eficientes para jueces, juezas, servidores judiciales y usuarios del sistema de justicia.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, resalt\u00f3 la labor de la Suprema Corte de Justicia, encabezada por su presidente, magistrado Luis Henry Molina, cuyo liderazgo impregna al Poder Judicial de un estilo de gesti\u00f3n distintivo.&nbsp;Afirm\u00f3 que este enfoque institucional se manifiesta&nbsp;en el&nbsp;desempe\u00f1o&nbsp;cotidiano de todos los operadores del sistema, caracterizado por el respeto a la autonom\u00eda de los jueces en el ejercicio de sus decisiones&nbsp;jurisdiccionales y por el fortalecimiento del trabajo en equipo del personal auxiliar,&nbsp;orientado al cumplimiento eficiente y oportuno de las responsabilidades que establece la ley.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p> <a
