coordinador del Departamento Judicial de San Francisco de Macor\u00eds indic\u00f3 que el uso de las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas de la comunicaci\u00f3n es un cambio de paradigma en el Poder planteamiento durante su intervenci\u00f3n en el Programa Cuentas Claras, en d\u00f3nde ponder\u00f3 el proyecto de Ley de Uso de Medios Digitales que cursa en la C\u00e1mara Diputados y la transformaci\u00f3n digital del Poder Judicial, proceso que afirm\u00f3 es inevitable.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">El pasado 7 de enero, el presidente de la Suprema Corte de Justicia, magistrado Luis Henry Molina Pe\u00f1a, destac\u00f3 la importancia de la introducci\u00f3n de dicho proyecto en el Congreso, para que la ciudadan\u00eda cuente con un sistema de justicia oportuno y eficiente.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Al respecto, el magistrado Medrano consider\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n, que la transformaci\u00f3n digital del Poder Judicial con el uso de las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas de la comunicaci\u00f3n y la informaci\u00f3n implica el salto enorme de tener sistematizado<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">s<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"> y estandarizados todos los procesos a lo interno de este poder del Estado.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u201cAhora lo que se espera es que, siguiendo el criterio sentado por el Tribunal Constitucional sean los \u00f3rganos de representaci\u00f3n popular los que adopten una ley que le sirva de marco a la regulaci\u00f3n particular del uso de los medios digitales en los espacios judiciales\u201d, asegur\u00f3 el juez Medrano.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">El magistrado Claudio An\u00edbal Medrano tambi\u00e9n se refiri\u00f3 a los trabajos del Poder Judicial realizados en la judicatura durante el pasado a\u00f1o 2021; explic\u00f3 que las condiciones de trabajo de los jueces y juezas han mejorado considerablemente.&nbsp;<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">Pero hay desaf\u00edos que encarar vinculados al uso de los medios digitales en el sistema de justicia.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Finalmente,&nbsp;el juez coordinador del departamento judicial de San Francisco de Macor\u00eds, calific\u00f3 <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">como un paso de avance gigantesco la aprobaci\u00f3n y puesta en ejecuci\u00f3n del Escalaf\u00f3n Judicial, indicando que se dise\u00f1\u00f3 bajo criterios muy objetivos. \u201cEl Escalaf\u00f3n Judicial le da tranquilidad a los jueces y juezas de saber sus posibilidades de ascenso cuando se produce una vacante, tomando en cuenta su rendimiento\u201d, <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">enfatiz\u00f3<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"> Medrano.<\/span><span
