The <\/span>Pleno de la Suprema Corte de Justicia<\/span> invita a la ciudadan\u00eda en general a participar en el proceso de consulta p\u00fablica sobre la propuesta de Reglamento para la implementaci\u00f3n de la Ley n\u00fam. 339-22, <\/span>que habilita y regula el uso de medios digitales para los procesos judiciales y procedimientos administrativos del Poder Judicial.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Con la implementaci\u00f3n de esta ley, los usuarios del servicio de justicia podr\u00e1n visualizar y dar seguimiento a sus expedientes y<\/span> se facilitar\u00e1 el acceso a la justicia al permitir realizar solicitudes, dep\u00f3sitos, consultas a trav\u00e9s del internet, desde cualquier lugar del pa\u00eds. Tambi\u00e9n, los abogados<\/span> y ciudadanos tendr\u00e1n la opci\u00f3n de asistir a sus audiencias de manera virtual, en todas las materias excepto en la penal. Adem\u00e1s, habilitar\u00e1 el uso de la firma digital para jueces, juezas y servidores judiciales, la creaci\u00f3n y acceso a las partes al expediente judicial electr\u00f3nico y otras facilidades y ventajas que la transformaci\u00f3n judicial hace posible.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
