Johann Newton López

The firm was founded by Johann Newton López, a practicing attorney with a law practice specializing in Business Law, Public International Law, Private International Law, and Criminal Law, and holds a Ph.D. in Government and Public Administration from the Complutense University of Madrid. Additionally, Johann Newton López has ventured into the public sector of the Dominican Republic as a Prosecutor in both the National District and the Province of Santiago, participating in the most relevant investigations in both jurisdictions. In the academic field, he has been a professor at several universities in the country and is a member of the Spanish Association of Professors of Public International Law and International Relations (AEPDIRI). Furthermore, he has published a book, «La Constitución: Un Pacto Social» (The Constitution: A Social Pact), as well as various articles in nationally circulated newspapers and on websites dedicated to the dissemination of legal thought.
