{"id":2405,"date":"2024-06-20T19:55:27","date_gmt":"2024-06-20T19:55:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/poderjudicial.gob.do\/?p=40604"},"modified":"2024-06-20T19:55:27","modified_gmt":"2024-06-20T19:55:27","slug":"juez-presidente-henry-molina-senala-importantes-logros-al-entregar-presidencia-pro-tempore-del-consejo-judicial-centroamericano-y-del-caribe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jnlopez.com\/en\/2024\/06\/20\/juez-presidente-henry-molina-senala-importantes-logros-al-entregar-presidencia-pro-tempore-del-consejo-judicial-centroamericano-y-del-caribe\/","title":{"rendered":"Juez presidente Henry Molina se\u00f1ala importantes logros al entregar presidencia pro tempore del Consejo Judicial Centroamericano y del Caribe\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<div><img decoding=\"async\" data-src=\"https:\/\/poderjudicial.gob.do\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/GQiJnJZXsAAxO-r-scaled.jpeg\" class=\"ff-og-image-inserted lazyload\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\"><\/div>\n<p><strong>CIUDAD DAVID, Panam\u00e1.<\/strong> El juez presidente de la Suprema Corte de Justicia (SCJ), Henry Molina, sostuvo que los avances concretos que exhibe el pa\u00eds durante la presidencia pro tempore del Consejo Judicial Centroamericano y del Caribe (CJCC) demuestran el compromiso del Poder Judicial dominicano con la mejora de la cooperaci\u00f3n judicial y la calidad de la justicia en la regi\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Molina hizo la afirmaci\u00f3n durante la reuni\u00f3n ordinaria del CJCC que se celebra en Panam\u00e1 del 20 al 21 de junio, espacio donde realiz\u00f3 el traspaso de la presidencia pro tempore del CJCC que ostent\u00f3 Rep\u00fablica Dominicana durante el per\u00edodo 2023-2024 a la presidenta del \u00d3rgano Judicial de Panam\u00e1, Mar\u00eda Eugenia L\u00f3pez.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHan sido doce meses de trabajo para fortalecer nuestra agenda com\u00fan, potenciar la seguridad jur\u00eddica, el Estado de Derecho y la colaboraci\u00f3n entre los Poderes Judiciales de nuestras naciones\u201d, manifest\u00f3.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Al presentar las memorias de gesti\u00f3n, Molina se\u00f1al\u00f3 como los principales logros la proclama para la eliminaci\u00f3n de la mora judicial en los pa\u00edses de Centroam\u00e9rica y el Caribe; la elaboraci\u00f3n del Plan Estrat\u00e9gico del CJCC, con el cual se traza una ruta para la continuidad y sostenibilidad a los planes de trabajo; y la creaci\u00f3n de la Red de Comunicadores de ese \u00f3rgano regional, para fortalecer la transparencia y la imagen institucional.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Igualmente se trabaj\u00f3 en la elaboraci\u00f3n de diagn\u00f3sticos sobre las causas de la mora judicial; las gu\u00edas de buenas pr\u00e1cticas de transformaci\u00f3n digital y de aplicaci\u00f3n de m\u00e9todos alternativos de resoluci\u00f3n de conflictos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Otros logros de relevancia fueron la adhesi\u00f3n del CJCC a la Red Panhisp\u00e1nica de Lenguaje Claro y la formalizaci\u00f3n del Convenio de Cooperaci\u00f3n Interinstitucional con la Real Academia de la Lengua Espa\u00f1ola.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEste esfuerzo ha sido una aportaci\u00f3n para extender regionalmente la m\u00e1xima meta que tenemos: lograr una justicia al d\u00eda para garantizar la dignidad de las personas. Trabajaremos para avanzar en el camino hacia una justicia m\u00e1s eficiente, accesible y confiable, que pone a las personas en el centro de su accionar.
