1998-2021\u201c and \u201dStudies on Constitutional Labor Law,\" authored by Magistrate Manuel Ram\u00f3n Herrera Carbuccia, First Deputy Chief Justice and judge of the Third Chamber of the high data-contrast=\"none\">The activity, which took place in the Judiciary Auditorium, was led by Magistrate Luis Henry Molina Pe\u00f1a, president of the Supreme Court of Justice and the Judiciary Council, and was attended by former SCJ presidents Jorge Subero Isa and Mariano Germ\u00e1n Mej\u00eda.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Carbuccia<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">he acknowledged that constitutional jurisprudence has recomposed the employment contract, necessarily forcing it into a new vision of the social state. \u201cThese books have to do with the consolidation of the State, social rights, and the constitutional system,\u201d Magistrate Carbuccia emphasized. &nbsp;<\/span><span that same order, Magistrate Luis Henry Molina described Judge Herrera Carbuccia as a most deserving jurist and a man dedicated to academic study and the practice of labor law, and added that the texts he is releasing are fundamental for enriching legal doctrine, contemporary labor law, the courts, and academia.<\/span><span the former vice president of the Republic, Rafael Alburquerque; magistrate Milton Ray Guevara, president of the Constitutional Court; and constitutional jurist Eduardo Jorge Prats.<\/span><span
