{"id":2597,"date":"2025-06-05T19:56:53","date_gmt":"2025-06-05T19:56:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/poderjudicial.gob.do\/?p=44761"},"modified":"2025-06-05T19:56:53","modified_gmt":"2025-06-05T19:56:53","slug":"91-prozent-der-sale-der-gerichtsabteilung-von-san-cristobal-halten-die-justiz-auf-dem-neuesten-stand","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jnlopez.com\/de\/2025\/06\/05\/el-91-de-las-salas-del-departamento-judicial-de-san-cristobal-mantiene-justicia-al-dia\/","title":{"rendered":"Die 91% in den R\u00e4umlichkeiten der Justizbeh\u00f6rde von San Crist\u00f3bal sorgt daf\u00fcr, dass die Justiz auf dem neuesten Stand bleibt"},"content":{"rendered":"<div><img decoding=\"async\" data-src=\"https:\/\/poderjudicial.gob.do\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Image.jpeg\" class=\"ff-og-image-inserted lazyload\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\"><\/div>\n<p>Die Justiz arbeitet intensiv daran, die Bearbeitung der bei den Gerichten eingehenden F\u00e4lle zu beschleunigen, und hat sich zum Ziel gesetzt, bis Ende des Jahres 2025 t\u00e4glich 100% Verfahren pro Kammer abzuschlie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n<p>Bei einem k\u00fcrzlich stattgefundenen Treffen zwischen Richtern und Justizbediensteten des Gerichtsbezirks San Crist\u00f3bal wurde die aktuelle Lage der Gerichte hinsichtlich der im Fallverwaltungssystem dieses Bezirks \u2013 bestehend aus San Crist\u00f3bal, Azua, Peravia und San Jos\u00e9 de Ocoa \u2013 erfassten Verfahren vorgestellt, wobei festgestellt wurde, dass 91% der Kammern keine anh\u00e4ngigen F\u00e4lle aufweisen.<\/p>\n<p>Dies bedeutet einen R\u00fcckgang des R\u00fcckstands bei den Gerichtsverfahren um 80% im Vergleich zum Mai 2024, womit man sich dem f\u00fcr Ende dieses Jahres vorgeschlagenen Ziel ann\u00e4hert.<\/p>\n<p>Die Pr\u00e4sentation dieser Daten ist Teil der im Rahmen der Initiative \u201eTribunales Al D\u00eda\u201c (Gerichte auf dem neuesten Stand) der Direktion f\u00fcr Justiz- und Betriebs\u670d\u52a1 strukturierten \u00dcberwachung und Nachverfolgung und wurde von Alfis Castillo, dem vorsitzenden Richter des Kollegialgerichts des Gerichts erster Instanz des Gerichtsbezirks San Jos\u00e9 de Ocoa, geleitet.<\/p>\n<p>Castillo versicherte, dass mit dem Fallmanagementsystem und anderen Innovationen, die die Judikative pr\u00e4sentieren wird, vor allem mit den virtuellen Anh\u00f6rungen im Nationaldistrikt, der Justizr\u00fcckstand im ganzen Land beseitigt sein wird.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDie Erfolge, die wir heute vorweisen, sind auf Dynamiken zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren, die im Jahr 2024 umgesetzt wurden, wie die operative Unterst\u00fctzung, die Schulung von Justizbediensteten und die R\u00fcckendeckung des Operationszentrums mit 26.000 bearbeiteten und normalisierten Vorg\u00e4ngen; all dies hat dazu beigetragen, dass wir positive Zahlen in der Gerichtsabteilung von San Crist\u00f3bal und im Land haben\u201d, erkl\u00e4rte er.<\/p>\n<p>Richter Castillo w\u00fcrdigte die Durchf\u00fchrung dieser Treffen durch die Nationale Schule f\u00fcr das Richteramt (ENJ), damit die Richter \u00fcber die Fortschritte der Justiz im ganzen Land informiert und geschult werden.<\/p>\n<p>Woche mit der ENJ<\/p>\n<p>Vom 26. bis 30.
