{"id":2529,"date":"2025-01-22T20:28:46","date_gmt":"2025-01-22T20:28:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/poderjudicial.gob.do\/?p=42157"},"modified":"2025-01-22T20:28:46","modified_gmt":"2025-01-22T20:28:46","slug":"juez-asegura-justicia-en-san-juan-de-la-maguana-logra-hito-historico-con-sus-tribunales-libres-de-mora-judicial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jnlopez.com\/de\/2025\/01\/22\/juez-asegura-justicia-en-san-juan-de-la-maguana-logra-hito-historico-con-sus-tribunales-libres-de-mora-judicial\/","title":{"rendered":"Juez asegura justicia en San Juan de la Maguana logra hito hist\u00f3rico con sus tribunales libres de mora judicial"},"content":{"rendered":"<div><img decoding=\"async\" data-src=\"https:\/\/poderjudicial.gob.do\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/IMG_2713-scaled.jpg\" class=\"ff-og-image-inserted lazyload\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\"><\/div>\n<p>El porcentaje de respuesta a las solicitudes que recibe el Departamento Judicial de San Juan de la Maguana, dadas en tiempo oportuno, se encuentra en un 100%, convirti\u00e9ndose en el primer departamento a nivel nacional en lograr este hito hist\u00f3rico en la justicia dominicana.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El se\u00f1alamiento lo hizo el magistrado Milton Castillo Castillo, primer sustituto del presidente de la C\u00e1mara Civil y Comercial de la Corte de Apelaci\u00f3n del Departamento Judicial de San Juan de la Maguana, durante su discurso con motivo del D\u00eda del Poder Judicial, apuntando adem\u00e1s que una de las metas principales en esa jurisdicci\u00f3n es la de hacer real el proyecto \u201cCero Mora\u201d.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A enero de 2024, solamente el 47% de las salas de ese Departamento Judicial estaba al d\u00eda, por lo que el colocarse al mes de diciembre en un 100%, demuestra \u201cel compromiso con los valores que fortalecen la democracia y promueven con las labores diarias la garant\u00eda de una justicia accesible y eficaz para todos\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Explic\u00f3 que los avances en la reducci\u00f3n de la mora judicial y la transformaci\u00f3n digital acent\u00faan el trabajo y dedicaci\u00f3n de jueces y servidores judiciales, motiv\u00e1ndolos a seguir contribuyendo al sistema y ser parte de la transformaci\u00f3n positiva del Poder Judicial dominicano.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dijo que este Poder del Estado est\u00e1 enfocado en los usuarios y en construir una justicia inclusiva que responda a las necesidades de personas que hist\u00f3ricamente han enfrentado barreras en el acceso.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl Poder Judicial ha experimentado cambios en las din\u00e1micas de trabajo con la digitalizaci\u00f3n de los procesos, para un manejo de los casos \u00e1gil y seguro, tanto para los usuarios internos como los externos. Estas mejoras facilitan la transparencia, credibilidad y el acceso a la justicia, fortaleciendo la conexi\u00f3n con las personas y la eficiencia de los procesos\u201d, indic\u00f3 el magistrado.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El magistrado Castillo manifest\u00f3 que la transparencia y la \u00e9tica son fundamentales para consolidar la legitimidad del sistema judicial.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que avances como la creaci\u00f3n de un Comit\u00e9 de Comportamiento \u00c9tico y la digitalizaci\u00f3n de fallos judiciales han fortalecido la credibilidad del Poder Judicial, reflej\u00e1ndose en un mejor desempe\u00f1o en \u00edndices internacionales como el del <em>World Justice Project<\/em>, en el cual la justicia dominicana exhibe excelentes resultados y \u201cnos posicionan como l\u00edderes y garantistas de una justicia pronta y oportuna, que protege la dignidad de las personas y garantiza los derechos fundamentales consagrados en nuestra Carta Magna\u201d.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p> <a
