Roberts, Jr., sostuvieron un intercambio de ideas sobre el Estado de Derecho y la independencia en ambos sistemas judiciales; as\u00ed como de los desaf\u00edos de la justicia&nbsp;en Rep\u00fablica Dominicana y en la regi\u00f3n. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En este encuentro, Henry Molina sostuvo que se aspira fortalecer la colaboraci\u00f3n judicial entre ambas instituciones, explorando \u00e1reas de cooperaci\u00f3n y proyectos conjuntos que permitan intercambiar experiencias y mejores pr\u00e1cticas en la administraci\u00f3n de justicia. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAgradezco esta oportunidad de di\u00e1logo en intercambio y reitero nuestro firme inter\u00e9s en continuar colaborando estrechamente con los Estados Unidos para seguir fortaleciendo la justicia y asegurando que nuestros sistemas judiciales respondan a los desaf\u00edos globales con transparencia, eficiencia y, sobre todo, respeto a la dignidad y derechos de todas las personas\u201d, dijo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Molina se\u00f1al\u00f3 que uno de los retos del sistema judicial dominicano es la cultura litigiosa, ya que el 90 por ciento de los casos van a juicio. En ese sentido, subray\u00f3 que Estados Unidos es un referente de buenas pr\u00e1cticas que conviene estudiar, pues sucede lo contrario, ya que el 90 por ciento de los casos se resuelven mediante negociaci\u00f3n. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana se encuentra en un momento crucial de transformaci\u00f3n, liderado por una ambiciosa agenda de modernizaci\u00f3n del Poder Judicial, que busca mejorar la eficiencia y la transparencia del sistema de justicia.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Asegur\u00f3 que la colaboraci\u00f3n con la judicatura de los Estados Unidos, basada en el intercambio de conocimientos y mejores pr\u00e1cticas, puede ser mutuamente beneficiosa y contribuir al fortalecimiento de ambas instituciones. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La visita forma parte de la agenda internacional del Poder Judicial dominicano considerada como un catalizador de cambio y desarrollo para la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana, que busca proyectar al pa\u00eds como un referente de modernizaci\u00f3n y de respeto por la ley, atrayendo beneficios que van m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del \u00e1mbito judicial y permeando en la econom\u00eda, la sociedad y la reputaci\u00f3n internacional.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p> <a href=\"https:\/\/poderjudicial.gob.do\/presidente-suprema-corte-rd-y-chief-justice-de-estados-unidos-dialogan-sobre-desafios-de-la-justicia\/\">Quelle<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p> WASHINGTON D.C. \u2013 Der Oberste Richter des Obersten Gerichtshofs der Justiz (SCJ), Henry Molina, und der Chief Justice der Vereinigten Staaten, John G.
