{"id":2402,"date":"2024-06-17T12:40:48","date_gmt":"2024-06-17T12:40:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/poderjudicial.gob.do\/?p=40541"},"modified":"2024-06-17T12:40:48","modified_gmt":"2024-06-17T12:40:48","slug":"poder-judicial-realiza-planificacion-para-avanzar-hacia-la-justicia-del-futuro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jnlopez.com\/de\/2024\/06\/17\/poder-judicial-realiza-planificacion-para-avanzar-hacia-la-justicia-del-futuro\/","title":{"rendered":"Poder Judicial realiza planificaci\u00f3n para avanzar hacia la justicia del futuro"},"content":{"rendered":"<div><img decoding=\"async\" data-src=\"https:\/\/poderjudicial.gob.do\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/DSC01344.jpg\" class=\"ff-og-image-inserted lazyload\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\"><\/div>\n<p>El Poder Judicial realiz\u00f3 el taller de Planificaci\u00f3n 2024 para una justicia al d\u00eda, en el que jueces, juezas y servidores(as) judiciales abordaron los avances institucionales y definieron en una sesi\u00f3n de trabajo conjunta la planificaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica y operativa concerniente a los a\u00f1os 2025 y 2026, lo que permita construir la justicia del futuro.<\/p>\n<p>El taller fue encabezado por el juez presidente de la Suprema Corte de Justicia (SCJ), Henry Molina, quien destac\u00f3 el avance en las tres metas marcadas por la instituci\u00f3n: 0% mora, 100% acceso y 100% transparencia, entre los que destac\u00f3 la eliminaci\u00f3n de la mora en la SCJ o la implementaci\u00f3n de la firma digital en todo el Poder Judicial.<\/p>\n<p>Al pronunciar las palabras centrales ante los(as) integrantes de las mesas de trabajo que agruparon a jueces y juezas de la SCJ, consejeros del Poder Judicial, coordinadores (as) departamentales, directores generales y gerentes, Molina se\u00f1al\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n que \u201caunque hemos logrado mucho, somos conscientes de que queda mucho por hacer. Especialmente si queremos que este proceso no solo se consolide, sino que siga creciendo de manera exponencial hasta colocarnos definitivamente a la vanguardia institucional, hasta que podamos decir realmente que nuestro pa\u00eds ha entrado en la justicia del futuro\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El juez presiente de la SCJ enfatiz\u00f3 que cada una de las m\u00e1s de siete mil personas que conforman el Poder Judicial son piezas imprescindibles de la transformaci\u00f3n que est\u00e1 en marcha: \u201ces mucho lo que nos une y lo que nos mueve en la misma direcci\u00f3n, porque el \u00e9xito de esta transformaci\u00f3n no ser\u00e1 individual ni parcial. Solo ser\u00e1 \u00e9xito si es de todos, para todos y con todos\u201d, concluy\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed qued\u00f3 demostrado en una jornada en la que todos pudieron participar, aportar ideas y conformar una visi\u00f3n compartida para la justicia del futuro.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El taller<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El resumen y presentaci\u00f3n de la estrategia que se realiza desde el a\u00f1o 2020 hasta la fecha, sus logros y retos estuvo a cargo del director General de Administraci\u00f3n y Carrera Judicial, Jhonattan Toribio.<\/p>\n<p>La mesa de trabajo en tono al eje 0% Mora se enfoc\u00f3 en los alcances del plan operativo, el modelo operativo y Sistema Integral Gesti\u00f3n de la Calidad, la Optimizaci\u00f3n Procesal Penal y los Mecanismos no Adversariales de Resoluci\u00f3n de Conflictos, con la moderaci\u00f3n del secretario general de la SCJ, C\u00e9sar Garc\u00eda Lucas; los magistrados(as) Manuel Suza\u00f1a, Kenya Romero y Miguel A. D\u00edaz.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras que el equipo que se ocup\u00f3 del eje de 100% Acceso trabaj\u00f3 sobre la transformaci\u00f3n digital en el Poder Judicial, el modelo de atenci\u00f3n, la importancia de una infraestructura digna y accesible y las iniciativas del Registro Inmobiliario. Este grupo de trabajo cont\u00f3 con la moderaci\u00f3n de las magistradas Arelis Ricourt y Yadira De Moya.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, se presentaron los logros y retos del Registro Inmobiliario y las iniciativas para superarlos, a cargo de Jenny Evelyn Lantigua, Aureliza Zabala, Domingo Fr\u00edas y Kenny Carolina Marte.<\/p>\n<p>La mesa que trabaj\u00f3 100% Transparencia toc\u00f3 los puntos relativos al fortalecimiento de la carrera judicial, el Sistema de Evaluaci\u00f3n del Desempe\u00f1o, provisi\u00f3n de cargos, Escalaf\u00f3n Judicial, Sistema Preventivo y Disciplinario, agenda de participaci\u00f3n social nacional e internacional, la implementaci\u00f3n de la Pol\u00edtica de Comunicaci\u00f3n y temas de Escuela Nacional de la Judicatura.<\/p>\n<p>Estos proyectos estuvieron moderados por el magistrado de la SCJ Francisco Ortega Polanco, la consejera Octavia Fern\u00e1ndez; as\u00ed como por los(as) jueces(zas) Juan An\u00edbal Rodr\u00edguez Fern\u00e1ndez, Claudio An\u00edbal Medrano, Martha D\u00edaz Villafa\u00f1a y Kathy Soler.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, se realiz\u00f3 una reuni\u00f3n plenaria donde los grupos de trabajo aportaron sus sugerencias en base a lo abordado durante el taller, cuyas recomendaciones contribuir\u00e1n a la elaboraci\u00f3n del Plan Operativo Anual 2025 del Poder Judicial.<\/p>\n<p> <a
